摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等手段对耐磨钢出现拉伸表面开裂的试样断口、表面裂纹及其组织进行观察分析。结果表明,拉伸过程中试样表面裂纹是由沿晶开裂的微裂纹引起的,可能形成于轧制结束后钢板在冷床上冷却和切割两个工序。可通过优化冷却和切割工艺来减少此类裂纹的产生。
Cracking causes on the surface of tensile specimen of wear-resistant steel are analyzed by means of metallo- graphic microscope and SEM . The results show that during tensile test, the surface cracking results from micro cracks of intergranular cracking while steel being cooled on the cooling bed after rolling or flame cutting . By optimizing the cooling and cutting process can reduce this kind of cracking.
