摘要
采用原子吸收光谱仪 ,通过无火焰石墨炉原子吸收分析法 ,对湘西地区野生药用植物杜鹃花根、茎中所含的Zn、Fe、Cu、Co、Mn、Cr和Se共 7种金属元素的含量进行了测定 结果表明Fe、Zn元素的含量较高 。
The experiment adopts the atomic absorption spectrometry instrument,by using the graphite furnace without flame, measure the content of the metal element that included in the root and the stem of Rhododendron Simsii Planch, Such as, Zn, Fe, Cu, Co,Se, Fe, Mn, Cr, etc.the plants grow in the west of Hunan Province. The results indicate that the contents of the Fe and Zn are more than that of the Se and Cr, and the content of every element is various in the root and stem.
