Q345系列钢板合金减量化生产研究

摘要 介绍了中板厂轧后冷却设备的特点,利用轧后超快冷工艺的相变强化和细晶强化原理,结合现场实际情况,对低合金铜板进行舍金减量化试验,成功开发出厚度小于50/mm的Q345系列降Mn合金铜板的生产工艺。并根据生产初期实际问题进行工艺优化,最后生产出具有合金成本低、机械性能良好的低合金钢板。 The paper introduces the characteristics of fast cooling equipment at Medium Plate Plant. With the help of the theory of fine-graln strengthening and transformation strengthening in fast cooling process after rolling, the experiment of reducing alloy for low alloy plate has been done and the process of reducing the Mn alloy in Q345 series plate ( ~〈 50 ram) has been successfully developed . By optimizing the process in application at the initial stage, the low alloy steel plate with low cost and good mechanical properties can be produced.
