摘要
弯曲段作为0号段,工作环境恶劣,经常由于弯曲段辊缝参数变化及设备故障原因停机换段,对铸坯质量和产量均产生不利的影响,并对成本造成较大压力。通过使用高品质连铸修复辊,修复弯曲段框架,优化弯曲段辊子设计,持续改进离线维护工艺等措施,提高了弯曲段设备精度并延长一次在线时间。
Bender, as No. 0 section, the parameter variation of roll gap or equipment faults often makes slab caster stop to shift, which has affected slab quality and output as well as increased the cost. Some measures have been taken such as using high quality roll repairing, frame repairing, optimizing the design of roll and improving offline maintenance technology to improve equipment precision and prolong the online working time.
