摘要
通过3—1#水箱、3—2#水箱、风冷线线环间距、加热残氧量等工艺调整,针用钢脱碳、金相组织等指标完全满足要求,成功开发出针用钢线材。
Through improving water tank # 3 - 1 and #3 - 2, by improving the process such as ring spacing of air cooling line and residual oxygen, the index of decarburization and microstructure of needle steel can meet the requirements. Needle steel wire has been developed successfully.
