连铸机结晶器调宽面板升级方案

Upgrading Program of Width Adjustment Panel of Caster Mold

中厚板卷厂1#L-qz铸机于2004年投产，其结晶器具有在线调宽功能，调宽现场的操作面板采用西门子MP27010”HMI设备、ProTool编程。目前西门子已停止MP270的供货，因此备件供货比较困难。该厂后续投产的2#、3#连铸机都使用了西门子新推出的MP277、使用Flexible编程，因此升级1#连铸机的操作面板既可以解决备件供应的问题，又可以共享资源，降低设备的维护成本。本文描述了1#连铸结晶器在线调宽面板的硬件和软件升级方案。

1# caster of Wide Plate/Coil Plant was put into operation in 2004, whose mold had the function of online width control. The operation panel adopted the Siemens MP270 10 and ProTool program. Recently, Siemens has stopped supplying the spare parts of MP270. Both of 2# and 3# casters use Siemens new MP277 and Flexible program. So upgra- ding the operation panel of 1# caster not only can solve the shortage of the spare parts, but also can share resources to reduce the maintenance cost. The upgrading scheme of hardware and software of mould online width control is described in this paper.
