The Relief System of Government Information Disclosure of European Countries

通过研究国外的信息公开法律法规,全面介绍欧洲各国的政府信息公开救济制度,总结欧洲国家政府信息公开救济制度的三种机制:内部复审、外部复审、司法审查。以英国为例,分析了英国的政府信息公开救济流程。然后,分别以瑞典、法国、英国为代表,比较分析了外部复审机制的三种形式。最后,为我国的政府信息公开工作提出建议。

Based on a study of foreign laws and regulations on information disclosure, the cur- rent article gives an overall description of the relief system of government information disclosure of European countries, and classifies it into three kinds of mechanisms： inner censorship, ex- ternal censorship and judicial censorship. Taking England as an example, it analyzes the process of its relief system of government information disclosure. Then, taking Sweden, France and England as representative countries, it compares and analyzes three forms of external cen- sorship. Finally, it offers suggestions for Chinese government information disclosure
