摘要
介绍了发达国家回收处理和再生利用报废汽车的管理和技术,提出我国应借鉴发达国家经验,从技术、政策、法规等方面加强报废汽车的再利用工作。
The experience in scrapped automobile recycling in developed countries were introduced. China should learn from these developed countries and strengthen the scrapped automobile recycling in aspects of technology, legislation and policies.
