摘要
用不同浓度 (100~ 400mg/L)的 Zn(NO3)2和 Zn(NO3)2+ Ca(NO3)2溶液处理蒜鳞茎发现:高 Zn2+对蒜根有毒害作用 ,随浓度增大和处理时间延长 ,细胞有丝分裂指数下降 ,而核异常细胞比率先升 (100~ 300mg/L)后降 (400mg/L).在 Zn2+中加入 Ca2+ ,能提高细胞有丝分裂指数 ,降低核异常细胞比率 ,变化总趋势与单 Zn2+类似 ,但核异常细胞比率一直上升 .此结果表明适量的 Ca2+对 Zn2+的毒害有一定的缓解作用 .
When the bulb of Allium L.was treated in solution in which there were different Zn(NO3)2 and Zn(NO3)2+ Ca(NO3)2 concentrations ,it was found that with the increase of concentrations and the prolong of treatment time ,the mitosis index was lower ,the rate of abnomal nucleus was higher at 100~ 300mg/L ,and lower at 400mg/L .The mitosis index rose and the rate of abnormal nucleus was lower as the Zn2+ and Ca2+ act simultaneously ,the tendency was similar to the single Zn2+ ,but the rate of abnormal nucleus rose all the time .The results shown that Ca2+ had some detoxication effect to Zn2+ .
