摘要
青年教师是高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,关系着一所高校未来的发展。现阶段的高校青年教师有年轻化、学历高等特点。存在着重科研、轻教学,缺乏学科领军人才的问题。可运用双因素理论,激励青年教师的工作热情;帮助青年教师制订职业规划,发挥目标激励的作用;建立和健全教师激励机制,完善评价机制,从制度上保证青年教师处理好教学与科研的关系。
Youth teachers are one valuable composition to the college and university faculty, which plays a great part to the growth of a school in its future. The current situation with college youth teachers is that they are younger and better-educated, but meanwhile some issues start to emerge, for example, the lack of professional revolutionary blood, the outbalance between theoretical study and application. By carrying out Two-Factor Theory among youth faculty, their passion in education can be ignited and encouraged, it'll be helpful to their career plan making process, they'll be challenged toward the goal even closer, with the Two-Factor theory, not only we'll have the pillar to build a holistic incentive system among the youth teacher, but also the evaluation system can be perfected as well, which ensure the teachers' performance in both educating and academic research.
