γδT细胞在细菌感染中的免疫作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 在病原菌感染宿主的过程中,宿主的免疫系统能通过各种方式感知并清除入侵病原菌,其中T淋巴细胞是哺乳动物免疫系统中的主要成员,它通过多种功能效应在感染性疾病中起着抵抗病原菌入侵的重要作用.T细胞根据其表达受体(TCR)类型的不同分为αβT(CD4+或CD8+SP)细胞和γδT(CD4-CD8-DN)细胞.对αβT细胞在感染性疾病免疫应答中的作用机制已有较为深入的了解,然而对于γδT细胞却知之较少.目前发现,γδT细胞具有较为明显的组织分布特异性如在肺、皮肤、肠道等系统多表达,与病原菌感染的天然免疫和获得性免疫应答过程都有密切的关联[1-3].本文将现有相关研究综述如下.
