摘要
通过对某企业铝电解多功能机组的技术改造,分析了铝电解多功能机组的基本原理、主要技术问题和系统构成。根据铝电解多功能机组的工作原理,提出了PLC控制系统程序模块化编程的重要性与必要性。实际应用结果表明,该方法对铝电解多功能机组的有效控制和日常维护有显著效果。
Through technical transformation of aluminium electrolysis multi-function unit in certain company, the pa- per analyzes the basic principle, main technical problems, and system composition of the unit. Based on its working princi- ple, the paper puts forward the importance and necessity of modular programming of PLC control system. The application results show that the above-mentioned method plays a significant role in effective control of aluminium electrolysis multi- function unit and daily maintenance.
