摘要
对于从事产品设计的人员来说,单一使用CAD或CAE软件很难圆满完成设计工作。文中利用Pro/E4.0建立了某型矿井提升机主轴的实体模型,而后通过三种方式将此模型向Ansys 12.1进行模型数据转换,并分别对每种数据转换方式的特点与过程加以说明,最后对已导入到Ansys 12.1中的模型进行网格划分,结合分网结果比较,确定通过Pro/E-Ansys软件数据接口进行模型数据转换的方式效果最佳。
For personnel engaged in the product design, it's difficult to successfully finish the design by single CAD or CAE software. The entity model for the lift principal axis in certain mine is built by Pro/E4. 0, for the purpose of three model data conversion modes from the model to Ansysl2. 1, with features and process of each data conversion mode ex- plained respectively. Finally the mesh division is performed for the model imported to Ansysl2. 1. Through comparison of the mesh-dividing results, it's determined that the best mode for model data conversion is Pro/E-Ansys software data inter- face.
