摘要
针对双棱镜干涉测光波波长的测量精确度低的问题,提出了改进方法.通过测量横向放大率来测两虚光源的间隔,同时用移测显微镜替换测微目镜简化了狭缝到干涉条纹所在平面之间的距离测量过程.
To improve the precision of measuring light wavelength, the method of measuring the interval of virtual source by lateral magnification was provided. The measurement process of the dis- tance between the slit and the observation plane was optimized by substituting ocular micrometer with reading microscope.
