摘要
番茄黄化曲叶病是番茄生产中危害非常严重的病害之一,生产实践证明,培育抗病品种是控制这一病害最经济、最有效和最环保的方法。目前,番茄中已知的抗番茄黄化曲叶病的基因共有6个,分别是Ty-1、Ty-2、Ty-3、Ty-3a、Ty-4和Ty-5。通过多年的努力,在抗病基因研究方面取得了巨大的进步,极大地推动了番茄育种工作。为进一步选育出抗黄化曲叶病番茄新品种,有必要对所取得的成果进行阶段性的总结,本文阐述了番茄抗黄化曲叶病基因以及其他抗病相关因子的研究进展,分析了番茄抗黄化曲叶病基因在生产应用中存在的问题,并展望了番茄抗病育种前景。
Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) disease has become one of the most devastating disease in culti- vated tomatoes. Production practices have proved that breeding for resistant tomato varieties is the most economical, effec- tive and friendly way to control this disease. Six TYLCV resistant genes, Ty-1, Ty-2, Ty-3, Ty-3a, Ty-4 and Ty-5, has been discovered so far. Great progress in the research of resistance genes has been made through years of effort, which has heavily promoted the work of tomato breeding. For the selection of new varieties resistant to TYLCV, periodic summary of the progress is necessary. In this paper, the research progress in TYLCV resistance genes and related factors in tomato were emphatically illuminated, the applications of resistance gene in the production were discussed and the prospect of resistant tomato breeding was looked forward.
