摘要
介绍了盾构机用滚刀的工作原理和刀圈的主要失形式,分析了刀圈常用材料的成分和在不同热处理工艺条件下所选材料的组织和性能特点,为在不同的地质条件,合理选择刀圈材料及其热处理方法提供了依据。
The present paper introduced the principle of disc cutter in shield machine and cutter ring main expira- tion form , analyzed common material composition of cutter ring and structure and properties of selected material under different heat treatment conditions, it provided evidence of reasonable selecting cutter ring materials and heat treatment in different geological conditions.
