摘要
对高碳钢制作的零件在淬火和回火条件不变时,分别用水、10%的盐水作为淬火介质,结果表明,盐水作为淬火介质,零件表面硬度提高较大,能达到热处理技术要求。
under the same quenching and tempering conditions, the parts made of the high-carbon steel were quenched using water and 10% saline water as quenching mediums. The results show that the surface hardness of the parts improves more remarkably and satisfies the technical requirements of the heat treatment when the saline water is used as quenching medium.
