摘要
通过蓖麻油(CO)改性酚醛树脂(PR),制得改性酚醛树脂(PRC),再与多羟基丙烯酸树脂(MPA)共混,制备了PRC/MPA涂膜;并采用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)和其它理化手段对产物的结构和性能进行研究.结果表明,PRC分子结构中引入了蓖麻油链段,接着热作用下PRC与MPA发生化学交联并形成网状结构的PRC/MPA涂膜,其干燥成膜性、物理机械性能、耐腐蚀性能和抗紫外性能都得到很大改善.
A modified phenol-aldehyde resin (PRC) was prepared by the reaction of phenol-aldehyde resin (PR) with castor oil, which was then melted with multihydroxyl polyacrylate(MPA) to form coatings. The structure and properties of products were investigated by FT-IR, GPC and other physic-chemical means. The results indicate that the chain segment of castor oil is integrated into PRC, and the network structure of PRC/MPA coatings is formed by chemical crosslinking of PRC with MPA under thermal interaction, leading to the remarkable improvements of film forming ability, physic-mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and ultraviolet resistance.
