摘要 介绍了端面比压对机械密封的重要影响。通过对动环力的分析,推导出了机械密封端面比压的公式,具体讨论了影响端面比压的各种因素及其相互关系,并给出了端面比压的选用原则。结果表明,端面比压太大或者太小都不利于机械密封的正常有效运行。掌握不同参数对端面比压的作用机理以及选取原则,就可以减少端面比压设计选取的盲目性,从而确保机械密封在设计过程中的准确性。 The important influence of face pressure on mechanical seal was described in this paper. The formula of face pressure can be derived from load analysis of primary ring . The effect of various factors on face pressure and their relationship were discussed in detail. The result shows that it is not good for normal and effective operation of mechanical seal under higher or lower face pressure. Mastering the mechanism of action in face pressure with different parameters and the selecting principles is helpful to curb blindness in choosing and designing face pressure, as well as ensuring the accuracy during designing the mechanical seal.
