摘要
根据API617标准中对旋转叶轮机械转子动力学的要求,以国产某型号双级盘式余热透平机组为对象,采用转子动力学软件ARMD建立该TRT转子-轴承系统的有限元模型,计算分析其旋转状态下临界转速、不平衡响应以及稳定性等重要转子动力学特性,评估该设备安全运行的可靠性。结果表明,该设备可以在实际生产中安全运行。因此,在设计TRT转子时,不仅需要考虑TRT转子的结构对其转子动力学的影响,还需要考虑与之匹配的轴承对其影响。
The finite element model of the rotor-bearing system, which is set up with the rotor dynamics software ARMD, is adopted to do research on a double-disc of Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery Turbine Unit, which is made in China according to the API617 standard requirement for rotor dynamic. This model is set up to calculate and analyze the rotor dynamic characteristics, such as critical speed, unbalance response and stability, in order to evaluate the reliability of safe operation of this equipment. The results show that the equipment can run safely. Therefore, the matching bearings should also be considered besides the impact imposed by TRT structure on rotor dynamics when designing a TRT.
