摘要
从高压加热器的设计制造和运行等方面进行分析论证,阐述了压力损失对高加性能的影响。对高压加热器的管板和水封板结构及布置要点进行了设计,强调了高压加热器蒸冷段和疏冷段的密封性对设备安全运行的重要性。从运行方面进行分析,要加强控制水位和不凝结气体的排放,着重介绍了温升和温降速率对高压加热器运行性能的影响。
The article has briefly introduced the high pressure beater, three aspects about design manufacture and operation of HP heater shall be analysed and argued in this article. Capability effect of the pressure loss for HP heater has been described. Structure design and arrangement of tubesheet and the second tubesheet on HP heater have been described. The seal of DSZ and DCZ is important for HP heater safe operation. Level control and noncondensable gas discharge is reinforced in operation course of HP heater. Emphatically the rate of temperature rise and temperature drop has effect on HP heater.
