摘要
采用电子万能试验机和自制的抗压强度测试仪测量了发射药的轴向力学性能和径向力学性能,讨论了轴向和径向压缩对发射药力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着轴向加载速度的增加,弹性模量增大,抗压强度变小;当受到径向压缩时,初始裂纹发生在药粒与压头接触的加载区且与药粒轴向平行。依据轴向定载压缩试验建立了发射药的轴向压缩黏弹性模型,得到其本构方程为ε(t)=σ/9 779+σ/2250(1-e-t/10.82)+σ/1297727t,,其相关系数为0.99。
An electronic universal test machine and a home-made compression strength tester were used to measure the axial and radial mechanical properties of granular gun propellant.The effect of axial and radical compression on the mechanical properties of gun propellant was discussed.Results show that with the increment of axial loading speed,the elastic modulus increases and compression strength decreases,and the initial crack occurs parallel to the axis at the area contract with pressure head when the propellant bears radial compression.According to axial compression test under fixed load,the axial compression viscoelastic model of gun propellant is established and constitutive equation is obtained as ε(t)=σ/9779+σ/2250(1-e-t/10.88)+σ/1297727t with the correlation coefficient of 0.99.
