摘要
为了提高某些不锈钢手术器械的耐磨性和防滑性能,要对其进行真空钎焊硬质合金与淬火相结合的复合处理。主要工艺参数为:最高加热温度1320℃,极限真空度4×10-1Pa,最大气淬压力0.6 MPa。这种复合工艺具有被处理产品质量好,能耗低,生产率高,作业环境改善等特点。
Certain surgical instruments are to be compositely treated by a process consisting of vacuum brazing cemented carbide followed by quenching to improve on their wear resistance and deslicking ability. The main process parameters are: the highest heat temperature of 1320 ℃, the highest vacuity of 4 × 10^-1 Pa and the maximum gas quenching pressure of 0.6 MPa. This type of composite process possesses such features as better quality of products treated, lower energy consumption, higher production efficiency and improved operating place.
