摘要
利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜及能谱仪对磨损的刮胶辊组织和表面形貌进行了观察和分析,探讨了刮胶辊的失效原因。结果表明,镀Cr层成分不均匀,并存在少量氧化物夹杂、空洞和显微裂纹,是刮胶辊因磨损而过早产生失效的主要原因。提出了经改进的刮胶辊生产工艺。
The microstructure and surface morphology of worn scraping roller were observed anti analyzed by OM, SEM and EDS, and its tailure reasons were discussed. The resuhs show that premature fallure of the scraping roller dne to wear is primarily caused by uneven composition, a small amount of oxide inclusions, voids and microcracks presenl in the chromiunl coating. An improved production process was suggested for the scraping roller.
