The Influence of the Construction of BCIM Economic Corridor on the Trade between Bangladesh,China, India and Myanmar

孟中印缅经济走廊的提出将孟中印缅四方合作机制正式由"二轨"上升到"一轨",其发展潜力巨大。近年来,中国同孟印缅三国的经贸合作日益深化,贸易增长迅速,对彼此的经济发展发挥了重要作用。由于四国经济、贸易、市场结构存在互补性,其发展空间仍然广阔。孟中印缅经济走廊的建设将为双边贸易提供便利,并加速中国特别是西南部地区和孟印缅三国之间的相互开放,实现优势互补和互利共赢。

The promotion of the BCIM economic corridor has pushed the cooperation mechanism between Bangladesh,China,India and Myanmar into'the first track 'from the previous'second track ',which indicates that the corridor really possesses great potential. In recent years,economic and trade cooperation between China and the other three countries is deepening,and bilateral trade is growing rapidly. These have played an important role in their economic development. Because of the complementation in the four countries ' economic structure,trade structure,and market structure,there is still large space for further development. The construction of BCIM economic corridor will provide convenience for bilateral trade,and accelerate the process of opening between China( especially the southern area) and the other three countries,and finally realize the complementary in advantages,the mutual benefits and the win-win situation.
