绥化车务段货运组织方式创新实践

Innovation and Practice of Freight Transport Organization Mode in Suihua Car Depot

在分析哈尔滨铁路局绥化车务段货运现状的基础上,针对车务段货运概况及传统货运组织方式存在的问题,从拼装整车、属地运输、近地组织、承揽运输4个方面进行货运业务流程再造,最后根据绥化车务段货运改革创新实践提出努力发挥优势资源、实现铁路货运与客户之间的双赢、强化服务宗旨等提高铁路货运组织方式创新的建议。

Based on analyzing freight transport status of Suihua Car Depot in Harbin Railway Administration, targeting with status of the car depot and problems existing in traditional freight transport organization mode, the operation flow of freight transportation is re-established from 4 aspects of locomotive assembly, territorial transportation, inland organization and shipments arrangement. In the end, according to the freight transport innovation and practice of Suihua Car Depot, this paper puts forward suggestions on increasing innovation of railway freight transport organization mode, such as exerting advantages of resource, realizing win-win between railway freight transportation and clients and enhancing service aim.
