摘要
简述选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝原理,着重分析SCR仓泵结焦的原因。指出在SCR脱硝过程中出现的硫酸氢铵的危害,并将硫酸氢铵的生成机理和其逆反应过程进行了叙述,结合景德镇电厂在实际工作中遇到的具体问题进行分析,提出相应的解决方案,进行针对性的改造,取得了良好的改造效果。
Fume denitration theory of SCR was mainly introduced, the reasons of coking SCR bilgepump were emphasized. The harm of ammonium hydrogen sulfate happened during the process of SCR denitration was pointed out, and the generate mechanism of ammonium hydrogen sulfate and its contrary reaction process were described. The actual problems appeared in our factory, was analyzed, and relevant solutions were proposed, and the improvement was made which had get better effects.
