江西某硫酸余热锅炉过热器蒸汽阻力较大原因分析及改造

摘要 针对余热锅炉试运行阶段发现的过热器进出口压差太大的情况,对其热力计算和汽水阻力计算过程进行了深入的分析,得出了事故原因。根据理论计算结果,对锅炉过热器系统提出了可行的改造方案。经过改造,余热锅炉达到了设计要求,总结了硫铁矿制酸余热锅炉过热器设计中应注意问题。 Thermodynamic calculation and steam-water drag calculation has were analyzed in-depth because of the oversize inlet and outlet pressure drop for superheater during commissioning stage of waste heat boiler, and the reasons have been found out. Besides, the author brought up a feasible modification scheme for superheat based on the theoretical calculation. After the modification of superheat, the inlet and outlet pressure drop met the design requirements. Several problems during superheater design of waste heat boiler which should been paid attention to have been summarized while in pyrite acid making plant.
