摘要
目的探讨红景天甙对梗阻性黄疸大鼠氧化应激损伤的影响。方法大鼠随机分为四组:假手术组、梗阻性黄疸组、梗阻性黄疸低剂量治疗组、梗阻性黄疸高剂量治疗组。在两个时间点检测各组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、丙二醛(MDA)值及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果术后第7天,A、D组AST、ALT、TBIL、DBIL与B、C组相比有显著性差异(P<0.001)。术后第14天,A、C、D组中AST、ALT、TBIL、DBIL与B组相比有显著性差异(P<0.001)。术后第14天与第7天相比,B组AST、ALT、TBIL、DBIL有显著性差异(P<0.001),C、D组有显著性差异(P<0.001)。术后第7天,A、D组中的MDA、SOD较B、C组有显著性差异(P<0.001)。术后第14天,A、C、D组的MDA、SOD较B组有显著性差异(P<0.001),术后14天与第7天相比,B组SOD有显著性差异(P<0.001)。D组MDA、SOD有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论红景天甙对肝脏损伤有较好的保护作用,具有很好的抗氧化应激损伤作用。
Objective To study the effect of Hongjingtian glucoside on oxidative stress damage caused by ob- structive jaundice in rats. Method The rats were divided into 4 groups randomly : Sham '- operation group, obstruc- tive jaundice group ,jaundice low dose treatment group and obstructive jaundice high dose treatment group. Serum AST, ALT, TBIL, DBIL, MDA and SOD were detected in all groups at two points of time. Results There was statisti- cal significant difference( P 〈 0. 001 )among AST, ALT, TBIL and DBIL levels at A or D group than B or C group in postoperative 7th day ; significant difference ( P 〈 0. 001 ) of AST, ALT, TBIL, DBIL were shown at A, C and D group than B group in postoperative 14 days. postoperative 14 days and 7th day shown statistical significance(P 〈 0. 001 )a good protective effect on the liver and oxidative stress caused damage.
