某含金黄铁矿中金含量为3.83 g/t。为获得合格半工业产品,为后续的氰化提金提供原料,进行了实验室流程试验、实验室扩大连续试验、实验室优化试验以及半工业试验。最终获得金精矿产率5.77%、含金55.5 g/t、回收率83.35%,丢弃的尾矿含金0.68 g/t的指标。
The gold cotent in the ore is 3.83 g/t. In order to obtain a qualified semi-industrial product- as feed material for the downstream leaching process, laboratory locked-cycle test, small-scale continuous test, laboratory optimization test and semi-industrial test for the flotation of the ore were carried out. The finally obtained gold con- centrate has a mass pull of 5.77% ;it contains 55.5g/t gold with a gold recovery of 83.35%. The tailings discar- ded contains 0.68g/t gold.
