从钴钼废催化剂提钼渣中酸浸钴和铝的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了用H2SO4浸出催化剂提钼渣中钴和铝工艺参数,H2SO4浓度、液固比、添加剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度、原料粒度等条件对提钼渣溶浸过程中钴和铝浸出率的影响.结果表明,加入添加剂对催化剂载体Al203的浸出率没有影响,但是可以显著提高钴的浸出率.确定最佳工艺条件为:H2SO4浓度12 mol/L,液固比10,浸出温度90℃,浸出时间180 min,搅拌速度800r/min,原料粒径为0.075~0.096 mm的条件下,钴的浸出率达92%,铝的浸出率也接近74%. Cobalt and aluminum were leached from residue of by sulfuric acid. The factors which influence the leaching rate of spent Co-Mo catalyst after molybdenum extraction cobalt and aluminum such as acid concentration, L/S ratio, the quantity of additive, reaction temperature, immersion time, stirring speed and granularity of the ma- terial are are studied. The result shows thant the additive doesnt influence the leaching rate of A1203, but can en- hance the leaching rate of cobalt obviously. The best technological conditions are: acid concentration 12 mol/L, L/ S ratio 10, leaching temperature 90 ℃ , immersion time 180 min, stirring speed 800 r/min, grain size of the mate- rial 0. 075 - 0. 096 mm. Under this condition, the leaching rates of Co and AI could reach 92% and 74% respec- tively.
