摘要
针对球磨机振动信号采集及数据传输,研制了一套低功耗无线采集传输系统。通过对电路系统的降噪设计,提高了处理精度,使其完全满足数据采集的需要,解决了在线检测球磨机桶壁振动装置的连续使用问题。
A low-power dissipation wireless data acquisition device used in ball mill vibration signal collection and transmission has been developed. To reduce the systematic noise of circuit board system, the device has im- proved the acquisition accuracy. This device completely meets the need of data acquisition; it has solved the prob- lem of continuous usage of online detection device for the mill shell vibration.
