摘要
本文从影响矿浆磨设备整体效率(OEE)的可用性、性能和质量方面入手对现有低温拜耳法矿浆磨整体效率的现状、存在问题进行了系统分析。重点从磨机级配、进出料系统、旋流器等方面进行了优化分析设计和改进实施。改进后氧化铝厂矿浆磨整体效率由最初的34%提高到了60%。
The current situation and problems of overall equipment effectiveness influenced by present Bayer low-temperature ore pulp mill were systematically analyzed from availability, property and quality that influencing overall equipment effectiveness of ore pulp mill. The optimal design of mill gradation, feeding/discharging system and hydrocyclone was performed. The overall equipment effictiveness of ore pulp mill of alumina plant increased from 34% to 60% after improvement.
