介绍了端部煤气加热炉改造前存在的问题,通过改造加热炉的结构和控制方式,采用天然气火焰环绕制品直接加热,替代原有煤气辐射加热,取得了明显效果。
The problems existing in the end of gas-heating furnace before modification were introduced, the structure and control mode of heating furnace was modified, the natural gas flame was used to directly heat the material by surrounding, instead of the radiation gas heating, and the effects were obvious.
