多校区视阈下的高校管理体制探索

Exploration on Management System in Multi-campus University

随着市场经济体制的逐步确立和高等教育体制改革的不断深化,我国已逐步形成高等学校多校区办学格局。多校区办学在提高高等学校办学质量和办学效益的同时,也衍生出衔接不畅、资源浪费、成本过高、发展不平衡、文化凝聚力缺失等一系列问题,因此要从明确指导思想,走可持续发展道路;理清管理权责,充分调动各校区积极性;组建管理机构,尝试成立分校区管委会;加强文化建设,增强各个校区间的文化凝聚力;发展信息技术,建设一体化网络虚拟校园等方面进一步建立健全多校区管理体制。

China has gradually formed a pattern of multi -campus university with the establishment of market economy and further education reform .On the one hand , multi-campus university can improve quality and efficiency of higher education;on the other hand, it also has some disadvantages in resource wasting , high costs, uneven development, and lack of cultural cohesion .This article puts forward that university should take sustainable development , clarify manage-ment responsibilities , mobilize enthusiasm , construct management agency , conduct cultural construction , improve cul-tural cohesion in different campus;develop information technology and build integrated network virtual campus .
