雷达微波辐射对作业人员性激素和精液质量的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨微波辐射对雷达作业人员性激素水平和精液常规的影响。方法随机抽取有雷达防护措施(防护组)和无雷达防护措施(暴露组)的两个基层雷达部队男性战士各30名,同期选择未接触雷达微波辐射正常男性30例作为对照组。留取血液和精液标本,放射免疫法对性激素进行检测,采用WEILI-9000电脑自动精液分析仪对精液进行常规分析。结果暴露组的睾酮水平与防护组及对照组比较明显下降(P<0.05),防护组与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。暴露组的精子密度、a级精子百分率、b级精子百分率与对照组及防护组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),防护组与对照组比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论雷达微波辐射对男性生殖系统的影响主要表现在睾酮、精子密度、精子活力等方面,制定相应的防护措施,加强个人防护,对于提高作业人员生殖健康水平十分必要。 Objective To explore the effect of microwave radiation on sex hormone and semen routine of radar operators. Methods A total of 30 male soldiers in a radar unit under protective measures were randomly selected as protection group,another 30 unprotected male soldiers were as exposure group,and 30 normal males at the same period were selected as control group. The blood and semen samples were collected with routine methods. Levels of sex hormone were detected with radio-immunity method,and routine semen analysis was performed with WEILI-9000 automatic analyser. Results The testosterone level in exposure group was significantly lower compared with those in protection group and control group( P &lt; 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between protection group and control group( P &gt; 0. 05). The differences of sperm density,sperm percentages of grade A and B in exposure group were statistically signifi- cant,compared with those in protection group and control group( P &lt; 0. 05),but there was no statistically significant between protection group and control group( P &gt; 0. 05). Conclusion Microwave radiation is harmful to the male genital system such as the testosterone,sperm density,motility of sperm of radar operators. It is necessary to strengthen the protective measures to safeguard reproductive health of radar operators.
