老年住院患者失眠原因分析及护理干预

Analyze the causes of insomnia of old inpatient and nursing intervention

目的:分析探讨老年住院患者失眠的原因及对应的护理干预。方法:对65例老年住院患者进行临床观察护理。结果:分析出引起患者失眠的原因,包括生理因素、心理因素、环境因素、药物因素、食物因素5个方面。5个因素可单独出现,也可合并存在。并针对不同原因的失眠总结出相应的对策。结论:明确失眠原因,采取相对应的有效措施,是纠正老年住院患者失眠、保证其良好睡眠质量、有利于疾病早日康复的重要保证。

Objective： To analyze the causes of insomnia of old inpatient and corresponding nursing intervention. Methods： We permitted the clinical observation and nursing of 65 old inpatients. Results： The causes of insomnia of old inpatient include 5 factors, such as psychological factors, environmental factors, drug factors and food factors. Five factors can appeared in a single, also can merger exist. According to different reason, it adopted different ways to cure insomnia. Conclusion： To clear insomnia reason and adopt effective measures is correct to ameliorate insomnia, ensure the quality of good sleep. It is the important guarantee to promote the Rehabilitation early.
