口岸核与辐射应急管理系统是一套应用于我国口岸区域的核与辐射监测应急管理和突发事件应急指挥系统。该系统部署于远程,通过对监测数据的统计、分析和处理,增强对出入境放射性物质危害的预防、预警、风险分析和评估能力。通过开发、建立口岸核与辐射应急管理及应急指挥系统,实现口岸核辐射监测设备管理的集约化、信息化,为出入境人员、行李、邮件和快件、出入境集装箱和货物放射性有害因子的监测,风险分析和风险评估提供数据支持;为核与辐射突发事件的预测预警、监测监控、应急指挥、辅助决策等提供技术支持。

Port nuclear and radiation emergency system is a set of nuclear and radiation monitoring emergency management and emergency command system that applied to the port area of our country. Based on the statistics, a- nalysis and processing of the monitoring data, this remote deployment system enhance the ability of prevention, ear- ly warning as well as risk analysis and assessment of the harmful entry -exit radioactive substances. Though the de- velopment and establishment of the port nuclear and radiation emergency management and emergency command sys- tem, implement the management intensification and informatization of the port nuclear and radiation monitoring e- quipment, and provide data support for the radioactive hazardous factors monitoring, risk analysis and risk assess- ment of entry - exit people, baggage, mail and express as well as goods container, and finally provide technical support for the early warning, monitoring surveillance, emergency command and aid decision making of the nuclear and radiation emergency.
