萝北口岸出入境人员梅毒检测结果分析

Analysis of Syphilis testing among international personnel at Luobei Port

目的通过10年来对萝北口岸梅毒检测情况分析,了解出入境人员年度感染情况及导致梅毒检出率增加的因素,为今后的口岸传染病防治工作提供参考依据。方法筛检用RPR及TRUST法、确证用TPPA法对萝北口岸2002年-2012年出入境人员进行梅毒检测。结果从26177名出入境人员中共检出52例梅毒感染者,患者年龄多在30-49岁之间,以劳务人员发病率最高。结论 1:加强宣传教育力度,普及性病防治知识;2:对重点人员实施有效的监测工作;3:加强实验室建设,提高监测水平。

Objective According to the analysis of Syphilis detection at Luobei port during the last 10 years , the infection status of the entry - exit people has been learnt as well as the factors of the increase of the Syphilis detec- tion, which provides the reference basis for the future preventing and treating at the port . Methods Entry - exit people at Luobei port between 2002 and 2012 are screened by RPR and TRUST methods, and detected for Syphilis by TPPA method. Results 52 people have been infected with Syphilis among the 26177 detected. Most of the in- fected are between 30 and 49, and the laborers are the dominant. Conclusion 1. More efforts should be put on education and the pervasion of Syphilis prevention and treatment knowledge. 2. Effective monitoring should be put on the key infectors. 3. The lab construction should be reinforced and monitoring level should be enhanced.
