摘要
目的掌握沙头角口岸蝇类、蜚蠊的本底情况,为制定有效的防治措施提供依据。方法 2011年1月-2011年12月采用蝇笼法对沙头角口岸的苍蝇进行了调查,采用盒式诱捕法进行蜚蠊调查。结果捕获苍蝇16252只,经鉴定为4科8属15种,其中大头金蝇为优势种群,年平均蝇密度40.6只/笼·日。捕获蜚蠊78只,经鉴定为2科2属3种,其中德国小蠊为优势种群,年平均蠊密度0.78只/盒。结论高峰期月份应采取措施加强灭蝇工作。应持续开展口岸医学媒介生物调查,掌握其变化规律,以提出有针对性的防治措施。
Objective This paper aims to master the background of flies and roach in Shatoujiao Port and to pro- vide basis for the establishment of effective prevention and control measures. Methods From January to December 2011, the cages are used to collect the flies, and the trappers are used to collect roach. Result 16252 flies have been captured, which are belonging to 4 families, 8 genera, and 15 species. Chrysomya megacephala Fabrieius is the dominant species. The average flies'density of the year is40.6 flies per cage per day. 78 roach have been cap- tured, belonging to 2 families, 2 genera, and 3 species. The average flies" density of the year is 0.78 flies per cage. Blattella germanica is the dominant species. Conclusion Measures should be strengthened to eliminate flies among its peak seasons. The medical vectors investigation should be continuously carried out and the fluctuation rules should be found in order to put forward countermeasures.
