A balayage space in Bliedtner and Hansen's sense with a so-called family of elliptic harmonic kemels is said to be an elliptic balayage space and some properties in this space which are analogue to those in C.C. harmonic spaces are verified. A compact set E in an elliptic balayage space is polar when and only when any strictly positive, continuous function on E can be extended to a continuous potential.
