摘要
由于组织管理日趋复杂,难度加剧,消极被动的管理和依赖规章的教条式管理显然已经不合时宜。管理自身需要不断更新和改良,亦即需要不断增长。适时介入强调管理的主动积极姿态,既利于管理的有效执行,也利于组织目标的实现。根据社会互动论和交往理论,适时介入利于组织内部成员形成良性互动,进行积极交往,进而利于组织的正常发展。
As the organization management is getting more and more complicated and difficult, passive management and dogmatic management relying on regulations are obviously inappropriate. The management itself needs to con-stantly update and improvement, which requires constant growth. Timely intervention emphasizes the active attitude of management, which is conducive to not only the effective implementation of organizational, but also the achieve-ment of management goals. According to the theory of social interaction and communication theory, timely interven-tion benefits for internal members to form the benign interaction and active communication, thereby facilitates to the normal development of organization.
