科学发展观是各项工作的指导思想,是指导体育发展的方针。从科学发展观的视角,论述体育与法制的关系,阐述体育法制化的紧迫性和必要性,分析我国体育法制化的现状和进程,提出加强我国体育法制建设、促进体育科学发展的具体措施。

It＇s known that concept of scientific development is the fundamental guide for all works and it＇s also the important policy for guiding the development of PE. This article is written form the angle of the concept of scientific development by discussing the relationship between PE and the law. Then, it illuminates the urgency and necessity of the sports legalization and analyzes the current status and process of this concept in our country. At last, some effective measures are raised to enhance the building of the legal system of PE and promote the scientific develop- ment of PE in domestic.
