高职学生顶岗实习期心理危机状况分析与管理

The Analysis and Management of Higher Vocational College Students' Psychological Crisis during the Post Practice Period

顶岗实习是高等职业教育中不可或缺的一种重要实践形式,是学生形成职业能力的关键教学环节。学生在顶岗实习期由于角色的转换产生一系列心理问题,必然会影响顶岗实习的实效性。从学校、学生、企业三方面着手分析存在的问题,并提出相应的管理意见和建议,这有利于学生顺利完成顶岗实习的任务,也符合学校和企业自身发展的长远规划。

As an indispensable part of the practice teaching in higher vocational education, post practice is the key link for teaching students to form the occupation ability. Students tend to produce a series of psychological problems during the post practice period because of the role of conversion. It will affect the effectiveness of post practice. From three aspects of school, students and enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding management advices to help students successfully complete post practice, which is in line with the long-term planning of college and enterprise.
