With the quickening pace of globalization, both economy and education has risen to international inter-face and need more university international cooperation and exchanges. College international exchange and coopera-tion has become the inevitable trend for education development. However, many problems still exist currently. It is necessary to analyze the problems existing in college international cooperation and exchanges and put forward rele- vant solutions.
