A research on evaluation model of science and technology innovation ability of university

在对高校科技创新能力含义进行充分研究和解析的基础上,借鉴相关学者的研究成果,听取相关领域专家的建议,结合实际工作经验,设计了以"投入、支撑、产出"为主要构架的高校科技创新能力指标评价模型,内容涵盖了影响高校科技创新能力的绝大部分因素,并运用所建立的模型对浙江省4所代表性高校进行了实证分析研究.结果显示:该模型具有可操作性与实用性.

Based on the research and analysis of the referenced from the research results of scholars, and science and technology innovation ability of universities, guided by the expert＇s advices, combined with practical experience in the management of scientific research work, it was suggested an index of technological innovation of university evaluation model based on ＂ input, output, support ＂ as the main framework. The model includ- ed the influence of the innovation ability of universities with respect to most factors. By using the established model, 4 colleges and universities in Zhejiang province were taken as examples, analysis and conclusion were made. The results showed that this model was workable and practical.
