摘要
基于在加热和H3PO4存在下,NO2-催化过硼酸钠氧化荔枝红色素的反应,首次提出一种测定痕量亚硝酸盐的催化光度法.此法已用于矿泉水、井水等样品中亚硝酸根测定,获得满意结果.
A new catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace nitrite based on its catalytic oxidation of Litchi chinese red with sodium perborate on heating and in the presence of H3PO4 has been developed. This method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in mineral water and well water with satistactory resalts.
