摘要
从福建龙海市九湖乡采集水仙根际土样30份,从中分离出180株根际细菌纯培养物。这些细菌与水仙叶大褐斑病原菌的平皿拮抗实验显打印;直到示,对病原菌有明显拮抗作用的细菌有21株,拮抗作用中等的有52株,略有拮抗作用或没有拮抗作用的有107株细菌。从中印结束或选出42个菌株,经过盆栽实验,淘汰病害严重的菌株,筛选出6株对水仙叶大褐斑病原菌具有良好的抑制效果的菌株。进一步的盆栽防效实验证实,这6个菌株对由叶大褐斑病原菌引起的水仙病害有明显的防冶效果。
A total of 180 pure culture of rhizobacteria were isolated from thirty rhisosphere soil samples. Fourty two strains were chosen for further test after a series of biological assay in vitro. Pot experiments were carried out and six strains were obtained for their distinct effects of diseases- control on Narcissus. It was further demonstrated that the six strains had fairly biocontrol effects on Narcissus diseases caused by Stagonospora curtisii.
