摘要
目的 探讨应用隐神经营养血管蒂胫骨皮瓣修复骨缺损的临床疗效.方法 以股骨内髁后缘至内踝前缘连线为轴线,设计切取隐神经营养血管蒂胫骨皮瓣,根据受区部位,在健侧选择顺行或逆行切取,移植于患肢骨皮缺损处,双下肢外固定架固定.结果 18例病人皮瓣均Ⅰ期愈合,术后12~16周,X线片显示骨瓣于折端骨性愈合.结论 隐神经营养血管蒂胫骨皮瓣修复骨皮缺损不牺牲主干血管,手术操作简便,疗效可靠,是修复下肢骨皮缺损的有效方法.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy that the saphenous neuroculaneous vascular pedicle tibial flap treat bone defects. Methods All the drug package inserts in Children' s Hospital of Zhengzhou were collected for a statistical analysis regarding of the instruction for pediatric patient . Results Approach to the trailing edge of the medial femoral condyle to the medial malleolus front connection for the i axis, the saphenous tibial neurovascular pedicle flap was designed and cut, according to the site by the district, in the contralateral antegrade or retrograde was selected. Then transplanted to limb with skin and bone-defect, as well as lower extremity fixed by external fixator. Conclusions The saphenous tibial neurovascular pedicle skin flap repairation of bone defects without sacrificing the main vessel, the operation is simple, effective and reliable, so it is an effective way to repair the defect of skin and bone with lower limb.
