引入了每项指标平均值概念 ,然后求每一位被评价者在该指标下与平均值的差值 ,再进行加权评价 .这样使得评价结果更细 ,更符合实际情况 。
This paper persented average concept of every index of evaluation ,then computing everyone′s difference from average in the index,and evaluating.This way,the evaluated solution was very detail and comformed to fact very much.It could offer reasonable determination of using talent for manager.
